The service adjuster (Dennis? ) was great, but when I picked up the vehicle, there was an error message showing, so they had to take it back and I had to wait another 20 minutes. How could the technicians have missed this error message? The car was not washed - even though I have received numerous emails from the dealership saying that they would wash the car any time it was serviced there. When I asked about it, he said that I had to request it before hand. Why don’t they ask when we check in if we want it washed? More
