The purchasing process was not good. The lady who helped me during the purchase was rude and not very helpful. In addition, the finance department did not honor the $500 loyal customer credit that the sales representative had promised me. I also had a frustrating experience during my first car maintenance visit. I was told that I had lost a special key for the wheel locks on my tires. However, I was never given a key when I purchased the car and was not even aware that my car required one. Despite this, they still charged me for a replacement. More
