Took my car in for a routine oil change (I had a coupon). But Dennis went through our account and reminded me that those would be covered under my extended warranty plan (w/ a $100 deductible). Saved me about $1000! Thank you Dennis! I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-30 from Capitol Mazda, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just two weeks of driving the car, I had to bring it back in for w Mazda, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. Within just two weeks of driving the car, I had to bring it back in for what I was told would be a quick, same-day repair to install a part. A couple of hours after dropping it off, I received a call informing me that the issue was much more serious—an engine component had failed due to a missing bolt piece—and that they would need to keep my brand new car for two weeks. This was incredibly frustrating and concerning. It’s hard not to feel like this issue was either missed or not disclosed prior to the sale, which raises serious questions about the vehicle inspection process and transparency. Overall, this experience has significantly impacted my trust in the dealership. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Capitol Mazda based on this experience. More
