The issue came back and I took my car to Stevens Creek Mazda this time. Right of the bat, they pulled a report on my car, which I wasn’t even aware of that automatically does and told me they see what the problem was for a while, and the code was referring to a center backlight in the tailgate malfunction so they ordered the part, replaced it and problem went away without paying a penny. Overall service was ok just like any other regular service. But i am having the ghost touch issues with my Mazda6 infotainment system and the technicaian quoted over $1000 for it.
