It all went OK until I was left sitting for twenty-five minuets while the sales team had a team meeting, not a great way to treat a customer. I really don’t like being told that I need to rate my customer minuets while the sales team had a team meeting, not a great way to treat a customer. The staff was nice (except Oz). They understood and accommodated our needs. It is as good as dealership experience goes.
