We went into the dealership just looking at cars and considering buying a Crosstrek. Jacob listened closely to us and showed us a couple of cars then went for a test drive with us. The work performed is good and the service advisors are friendly, but this location is much more expensive than other Subaru service locations and they do try to upsell servives that are not required. I'm friendly, but this location is much more expensive than other Subaru service locations and they do try to upsell servives that are not required. I'm told it's because they are part of the DGDG group. If I need a bigger service, I will drive further even if inconvenient to save hundreds of dollars. Also the last service we received, they did not wash the car which they used to always do. More
