I came back from a cruise and driving home my daughter and I were in an accident that involved a casino bus. I gave him the parameters and he was able to locate a car suitable for my loan within 30 minutes. When I arrived all staff were friendly and inviting. Josh is an awesome salesman who listens to what you need without feeling like you're in a rush to purchase something. He was very empathetic to my recent situation and made me feel very comfortable and actually got a few laughs out of me. Once I was ready for finance Christian introduced himself to me and offered me water and he was very friendly and just like Josh, he was listening to what I needed and made me feel very relaxed. I drove home with the newer vehicle and I had peace of mind that I have a way to get to and from work. My experience was amazing and helped to relieve my anxiety and worry from being in a car accident to feeling accomplished and supported while I drove home in my new vehicle.
