If I could give zero stars I would. Anything you take your car to this dealership for service it’s gonna take over 2 hours of waiting. I took my car for a diagnostic and because the airbag light on the dashboard was on and over 2 hours later and money being collected by them as well the service salesman recommending other services in my car , left the dealership with the same light on the dashboard and according to the service salesman he didn’t know why is it still there! Promised to follow up with me about warranty on the recommended service beside the reason I was there, never did call. I tried contacting him but very evasive saying he didn’t hear from anyone on the warranty side! Very unprofessional, leaves you hanging and uncertain of what to do. Will never go there again. Sadly I purchased my car with them 5 years ago. Would not recommend and will never go back there for anything. Such a disappointment . More

My wife and I purchased our first-ever Subaru car yesterday at the Capitol Subaru. The Salesman Omar was excellent helping us to select the 2024 Outback. We first met Omar on Saturday to look at all the Subaru options. Omar was kind, friendly, professional, patient, but also quick to help answer our questions and get a few sets of keys to show us several cars… I think we were there for about 2.5 hours. A few days later we made an appointment to go back on Wednesday morning before my work and meet Omar… then after more talking and test drive in the rain (about another 2 hours), we finally decided to purchase the Autumn Green Outback Premium trim with moonroof. We finished the deal and I drove it from the Capitol Subaru to my work in Santa Clara on the same day. Today I am even more happy with my Outback. It is a great car, and I plan to drive it everyday to work. I would like to thank Omar for a great buying experience on behalf of both me and my wife. Thank you Omar. More

Recently purchased a used vehicle at Capitol Subaru. Less than two weeks of ownership, I noticed a coolant leak from the radiator. I took the car to another dealership service and also found that there were oil leak. The Cam plate, valve cover and oiler cooler needed replaced, totaling over $3K of repairs. I understand there are risks involved with purchasing used vehicles, but when you buy from a dealership they "supposedly" perform inspections before sale. I have a hard time believing none of these issues wouldn't have presented itself during an inspection. Oh, and they sold the vehicle with an open safety recall. Just goes to show the integrity they put into their used car sales program. Would not recommend buying from them. I asked them if they would be able to help out with the repairs, and they said unfortunately it is sold "as is" with no guarantee. More
