The repair work was done promptly and, as far as I can tell, well. This was following up on some problems that we had earlier in the year, when the dealer did some major work on the transmission but negle tell, well. One disappointment this time: they didn't wash the car; one employee said he couldn't run it through the auto wash, which is why. Yes, this is true -- it has a kayak rack on top. But previously employees washed it by hand. So I think there's some buttoning up of professional care that needs to happen. Especially when I spend $3800 on repairs. Up until this year I have been very satisfied with repairs at this dealer, and I have considered bringing my other car to a partner dealer. But now I am reconsidering. More
