Anthony was great as always. But the dealership has gone downhill. It started a few years ago when they stopped providing shuttle service and switched to Lyft. Then, in the past year or so, they stopped providing that too. Next, they started charging a surcharge for paying with a credit card. At this most recent visit, I couldn't get the complimentary car wash because it was "broken". And not only was the coffee machine broken, but they didn't even have tea bags to go with the hot water they did provide. Cold, rainy day, no hot beverages. I had been there more than 2 hours when someone came in and started working on the coffee machine. But sadly, my car was ready (still dirty) about 15 minutes later, and the machine was still not working. Also, they used to offer a basket of snacks -- nope, not any more. More
