How to get jacked around on a service appointment! Capital subaru gave us a 9 am appt. For a 3 hour 30k service at 3 pm we finally got our car back. We dropped it off early to pickup later when we got Capital subaru gave us a 9 am appt. For a 3 hour 30k service at 3 pm we finally got our car back. We dropped it off early to pickup later when we got back at 12:30 they hadn't even started on the car. Lots of apologies but this wasn't the first time they did that to us a few months ago we dropped it off for an oil change and went to breakfast came back 2 hours later and that time they hadn't started either! If you go there you have to wait or they'll not start your service! The good news is Valvoline (Oilcan Henry's) will do it faster. I received a message from the new service manager about streamlining there procedures to prevent my experience from happening again! Streamlining wasn't the problem doing what you say you will do was the problem! We've purchased 3 new cars there in 5 years and we were treated as totally unimportant. It will take way more than words to make a believer of me. More
