Matt was incredibly knowledgeable not just about Subarus, but also Toyotas, which was important for me since I was comparing Highlander vs. Ascent. He took the time to make sure I understood the features on both cars - he wasn’t in it for his commission. He really wanted me to make an informed decision. He didn’t pressure me at all, was always checking in about my comfort level, and we laughed and joked the whole time. The dealership was amazing and went to work for me to get me the numbers I wanted to see. They didn’t try to pressure me into warranties I didn’t need. In fact, Bruce in finance found a way to add an additional warranty for me AND lower my monthly payment. They were even amazing enough to help me find a solution when I couldn’t figure out how to get all of my down payment. Coincidentally, a coworker went the same weekend to buy a Crosstrek and had the same amazing experience with different people. We both recommended the dealership to our other coworkers! It’s clearly a culture here at Capitol Subaru to provide excellent service, hire great employees, and not force anyone into something they don’t need or want. Well done! More

Amazing service! My vehicle was towed to Capitol Chevrolet on a Friday at 10:30 am with understanding it would be looked at first thing Monday morning.
