Review of Routine Service at Toyota Capitol Everything was done well at Capitol Toyota when I brought in my car for it’s routine service. John Kim was friendly and polite. My service was completed within a very timely manner (less than 3 hours). The only thing I would recommend is have a more clear indicator of where I should have pulled up to and to wait for a service representative to come to my car. Also, have more clear directions on whether I need to sign something or talk to someone before I actually took my car home afterward. Otherwise, everything was superb! More
