That part of the experience was a five star awesome , however, I took a shuttle to my work to do stuff while I waited. I had an 8 o’clock appointment and was told my car would be aired be ready between 12 or one (they weren’t busy at all...it was a Monday). At 12:11 I was notified that my car was ready for pick up and Justin notified the shuttle to pick me up. What I imagined to be a 20 minute wait turned into 1 hour 30 min. wait. Awful!! I arrived to the dealership at 2:00 after about 6 phone callas. ... most not been picked up ! More
