Great service adviser Leo and great shuttle driver Leo Normal service for our 2013 Prius V. Leo was great at explaining basic service needs for oil change, etc. . My only gripe is with 120k service sticker shock, $1600! for a Prius v? Needless to write, but I was stunned and will need to take my car elsewhere for this next service. I priced out locally from $400 to $600 range, saving me $1k for the same service Toyota offered. If Toyota matched, I would have service done here, but alas, I am forced to take it elsewhere to a reputable local shop. More
