Their diagnostic is terible, the service director Bill doesn't care about customer at all and just try to tell any lies to make you pay for the services that didn't fix your car problem, the service write doesn't care about customer at all and just try to tell any lies to make you pay for the services that didn't fix your car problem, the service writers especialy Teresa don't write what you say and they write in such a way that opens their hand to say that you told this and we did what you told us, please read what they write carefully. I had the worst experience with this dealer, they made me to pay for a service that didn't fixed my car, although I didn't want to pay for that but they were not releasing my car and I needed my car badly. I do not recommend this dealer at all they are just a liers to do every trick to make you pay for some thing that is not nesseccary to be repaired. More
