Malik Roberts was my Product Specialist who very patiently took us through the new and innovative features of the new models which have more or less abandoned the old posh button and switch technology for more touch screen technology. They came up with a very persuasive lease deal on a Monterey blue Tiguan SE with a Panoramic sun roof and 4-motion drive. I'm still interacting with Malik with questions as I go through the personal set up items on the car. He has been very accomodating. As far as the deal, no hard sell of after-sales insurance or accessories. They were offered but pressured to buy. I drove away with confidents and satisfaction. More
