Service rep was good to deal with - she gets 5 stars. But when there is a recall from the company and we are expected to leave the car at the dealership, it causes inconvenience. Purchased a used car here. Lower pressure than other dealerships I have dealt with. The employees all seemed kind and very efficient. Everything felt prompt and I didn't feel like I was being left to sit forever while a mysterious process was happening (which I have felt at other dealerships in the past). I was always told what was going on and what would happen next. I was given my copy of the signed paperwork as a PDF file on a USB memory stick which I thought was great. I used CUDL based financing at the dealership, with my preferred local credit union where I had pre-applied for a loan in the range of price of the car. The dealership used my pre-approved loan with no pressure to change anything loan related. They did of course offer me various types of additional warranties and protection packages. I did not feel overly pressured to go along with any of those things. More
