I purchased a used car from Capitol VW. Excellent sales staff. I scheduled some time with the sales person and he was available. The car was available and I made a test drive. Then I had to deal with the most unfriendly and impolite Finance manager I ever met. Apparently it is not important to the VW dealer how the staff (besides sales) is interacting with their customers. No explanation on what I was signing. Just looking at his watch. Entered wrong DMV data. Couldn't fix it. It was more important for the person to get home and get dinner with his family (he told me). The Finance team even gave me the wrong bank they financed my purchase with. Not impressed. In addition they referred me to an insurance company although I told them that I already had insurance and did not want to move. Again, not impressed. More

The service department reached out to me immediately after hearing my concerns. My car was accepted into service the next morning and they did a thorough inspection and also included a video of the insp after hearing my concerns.
