I had been shopping around for a new car i was ready to I had been shopping around for a new car i was ready to buy, i just did not feel comfortable with some of the sales men from other dealers that i ha I had been shopping around for a new car i was ready to buy, i just did not feel comfortable with some of the sales men from other dealers that i had previously visited. Unlike other sales men, Tony Q. was honest, helpfull, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained all the different models of vehicles and options each vehicle included. Throughout the entire process I never felt rushed, or pressured. The only reason why I bought from Nelson Honda was due to Tony's great customer service. Thank you I am very happy w/ my 2012 civic. Nelson Honda wasted a full day of my time. Jerry Wang was the most unprofessional car salesman I have ever dealt with. After continually saying that I was approved for certain vehicles he continually came ba the most unprofessional car salesman I have ever dealt with. After continually saying that I was approved for certain vehicles he continually came back and told me my credit wasn't good enough. I waited in that uncomfortable dealership for hours, 9 to be exact. Nelson Honda was the epitome of a bad car dealership. Jerry could have at least had the decency to tell me that my credit wasn't good enough to buy a car from them but instead kept me there, hopelessly waiting only to hear more bad news. He finally told me I could be approved for an old Solaris with 102,000 miles. My car I was trading in had 107,000. Get real Nelson. I went to Galpin Honda and Matt Jones got me in a 2012 Honda Civic. Don't waste your time here and head to Galpin Honda and see Matt Jones. More

Charles was a great guy. He came by and picked me up from my residence. Very calm cool, and collective gentlemen. Very attentive to what was going on, and introduced me to his entire staff. I was call in Nelson honda to make sure they have Honda Odyssey EX white colour in stock. Tony said they have one in stock so I went there but he said the car was in test drive so he over me EX-L. I decide to lease EX-L, Tony and MEL(sales manager) was helping a lot to negotiate the price that I want. I was so happy with them and drive new Honda Odyssey EX-L go home. Thank you Guys. More

They want $8k over MSRP for a 2012 Civic. These people are crazy and rude. Taking in consideration that there is a $3k California Energy Commission rebate on CNG Civics they are asking $36.5k for the car. are crazy and rude. Oh well, thank god this is not the only dealer in the area. Don't waste your time here, there are honest people at other Honda dealerships, no need to deal with these people. they have no knowledge on CNG and they only see profits from both consumers and they pocket the government rebates. Will never return here. More
