I was under pressure looking to get into a new car by the end of the weekend since my last vehicle had stopped working. When I had finally ended up at Honda I was ready to throw in the towel. The salesman by the name of Ronnie ended up being extremely helpful and understood my goal of trying to get in a new car, instead of just sticking me in another used car because it would be easier. The result was me driving off in a new CR-Z that I had set my eyes on when I first walked up. I was referred to this dealership by a Honda executive yesterday so I decided to make it my first priority. When I showed up, spoke to Andrew who referred me to a dealer by the name of JJ. They made me feel as though I was their main priority, which is usually hard to find at an average dealership that just wants the sell. During the sale itself, they took into consideration my needs and circumstances, and fit the price of the vehicle to my budget. I was then asked if i would like some coffee and a seat inside the dealer while ronnie went to pull the exact car i was looking for up to the front. i felt like i was the most important person in the building. unfortunatly my wife could not decide what she wanted to do and we told ronnie and mike we would let them know later. Mike let us leave after trying everything he could do in working with us, with the price amd the down payment and even the payments. we ended up going back and buying the car and we are really happy with our car. thank you mike and ronnie for all your help and patience.
