I went in yesterday with little hope on purchasing or leasing a new vehicle. I informed Manuel of my bad credit and good standing history with Honda as a lease customer. I asked for the quote on line and no one responded (They still have 10 vehicles listed on their site). E-mails to certain customer support are not even active. I would not recommend this dealership, if yo do choose, make sure you read the numbers correctly before signing any documents. The customer service can twist numbers around to make you feel that you have a very good deal, but be extra cautious. I walked out very upset, one person called me back try to resolve the issue and said would return my call in 20 to 30 min, and I am still waiting. More
