3rd times a charm - this is my 3rd car trade in...and loved my Kia Soul from 2015, to Kia Sorento 2018 and now Kia Sportage 2022. I originally came in to get car serviced ended up doing a trade in, wait loved my Kia Soul from 2015, to Kia Sorento 2018 and now Kia Sportage 2022. Michael Robinson was my Sales Consultant and helped me with the process of making a decision, with the paperwork, numbers and questions I had. He was very friendly, approachable and not overbearing like some dealers I have encountered in the past. He was able to convey the information in a way that is understandable and to the point, which I like because time is not always on my side. Detailed in showing me the features in my new car and was a funny guy too. While he was jotting things down or typing he was humming the song playing on the speaker...in my opinion, that can put a person in questioning of buying/leasing a car in a less stressful environment. He was natural is his servitude and I would recommend him to be your guy in finding you a good car. More
