Took my EV6 for service, followed the recommended service interval they provided me when I checked in. Complaint would be that it took 4 hours to complete as near the end seemed like they determined my 12 vo interval they provided me when I checked in. Complaint would be that it took 4 hours to complete as near the end seemed like they determined my 12 volt battery was dead and needed replaced. This was out of their control but they had to test the battery to see if it was indeed dead per warranty claim instructions but in the end the battery was good. Felt like that was more time wasted. Seemed like new ownership has taken over the dealership and they weren’t able to provide the car wash voucher that was stated in the copy of the service receipt that they would provide it. Just the slew of circumstances decreased my satisfaction of my visit. 02/27/26 More
