I have bought a total of 5 cars at CarMax, and 2. 5 at this one i keep returning to CarMax for peace of mind around buying a used car. One car I bought else CarMax-where turned out to be a lemon, a 5 at this one i keep returning to CarMax for peace of mind around buying a used car. One car I bought else CarMax-where turned out to be a lemon, and I used the extended warranty at the car dealer to get it repeatedly fixed. The warranty always worked and for 3 times the amount I paid for it. You don't want to need that thing, but I was glad I had it! Lemons happen, new and used, but I worry much more about used cars. The '2.5' above is because the last car I bought had a sunroof issue that GM could not fix. This CarMax dealer did the right thing, bought me out of the deal for everything I had in it, applied it to a different car I wanted, shipped it to there, and set me up about as painlessly as it is possible. They stood behind that sale. Put me in a car that works perfectly.
