At no point did we feel rushed or pushed into making a purchase. One example of his honesty and professionalism was when we looked at a vehicle with a strong smoke odor. James actually suggested other cars because of how overwhelming the smell was. We decided to test drive it anyway, and he was absolutely right—the smell was overwhelming and we anll ended up with headaches for the rest of the day. Even though he had warned us, he still apologized for the experience, which shows how much he genuinely cares about his customers.
