When we got there the sales rep assigned to us, kept us waiting and the gave us to someone who had just started at the dealership. He was helpful but his knowledge was limited as he had just started. After talking with the manager Ben, we got assigned Luis who was awesome. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable

We had a very unpleasant experience with Jay the General Manager. We found another car at the dealer with 0% int and no miles, we also discovered that someone who drove the car definitely smoked. So we wanted to return it. Jay talked down to us so condescendingly, that if I hadn't had other good experiences, I would never do business with Echo Park again. We have purchased at least 6 vehicles with you and never had a problem. Our sales person, Amanda was great, and her supervisor also, but Jay was a male chauvinistic, condescending, and a bully. Told me to go home and talk to my husband and do some research, because I wasn't well informed. Never have I been talked down to like that.

Overall, my experience with the dealership included several very positive interactions. Our salesperson, Sarah Lena, was wonderful—helpful, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire process. It was also my birthday, and she made a point to acknowledge it and make the occasion feel special, which I truly appreciated. Marcelo in finance was also great, Sales Manager BJ was good to work with, and one of the acting finance managers treated us very well. I have now purchased 7 vehicles from Lost Pines—6 were sold to me by Adam. He always remembers me when I come in and has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am taken care of and happy with my total experience. He never minds going the extra mile to make sure everything is in order. He knows his stuff and makes me feel valued. Adams doesn’t stop caring when the contract is signed. He never makes you feel like a bother, even when he has to stay late because you are taking a long time! I could go on and on….the bottom line is that Adam, in my opinion, is simply amazing!!

Only issue is going in for an oil change first thing in the morning and being early to check in as the first 3 cars, only to still wait in the lobby over 2 1/2 hours for my car. The text thread that is automatically sent to you when you check in, is never helpful. I don’t get responses when I’ve had questions while waiting, which is the purpose.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.
