All sales staff were extremely helpful but very young with little relevant experience. Where I was really impressed was with your service advisor (Jarrell?). He is the perfect person for that role. I would actually consider Carmax again if I was to buy a used car. Recommendation: Offer an incentive/reduction if a customer pays in cash. Cash is kng and it sounds like Carmax could use more cash deals even though loans are your biggest profit center. More

Worked with Tray, he was great throughout the entire process even though we hit some snags. The staff, manager and business rep came together and we got over the hump and I was able to purchase the vehi process even though we hit some snags. Service was good, but the day I decided to take my truck they decided to tamper with something they were unfamiliar with. Which led to my truck riding without air suspension for three weeks, I was informed they decided to tamper with something they were unfamiliar with. Which led to my truck riding without air suspension for three weeks, I was informed about this the day of purchase and was told they would schedule a service for it. I had to go out of my way for THREE weeks to finally get something scheduled because service was getting my service order from the sales guy. I finally get a response on when I can schedule an appointment, just my luck only morning appointments Monday- Friday. So now I have to miss a day of work after buying this expensive truck that I have payments on. I ask for some type of compensation or reimbursement for this because it was CARMAX fault to begin with. Now I have to deal with repercussions with being out a day of work, and I dont have my new truck I just bought because CarMax didnt take the time to look under the truck and OBVIOUSLY see that those stem valves are connected to something about the two back tires! It took me 5 minutes to see that it was connect to something important. More
