Reserved a car online, made a reservation then waited 1. 5 hours past that time to see a sales person. I already knew the car I wanted and had all the deets of mt trade in and insurance. Was told that we could take the vehicle overnight they came up with the lame excuse because they cannot talk to my insurance company that we could not do this after I brought my policy and showed them whe came up with the lame excuse because they cannot talk to my insurance company that we could not do this after I brought my policy and showed them where I was covered. The car has several problems with it including a bug infestation and needing new air filters and fluid changes. Salesman saw "Door dash" on my bank statement, he puts in the paperwork to the finance company, and then tells me I cant get approved because I'm going to use the car to Doordash! How in the HELL are you going to tell me what I'm going to do with MY soon-to-be car! If the car is going to be paid for and insured, what difference does it make? I'll be telling everyone not to go to Carmax, because they can tell your future! More
