The trade in was worth about nothing and we got a little bit less than nothing, but we were expecting that. One year later and we haven't had to do anything but change the oil, tires, and cabin air. The whole process couldnt have taken much more than an hour from driving in with an old car to driving out with the new one. The last car we bought from a dealer, including the trip to and back from Chicago, was probably more in the 6-7 hour vicinity. We got the car at a competitive price: subtract the cost of wasting an entire Saturday and its a steal. More
