Every thing was handled well except the cleaning of the car. There were water spots all over the car and the surface felt rough. If it was waxed I couldn't tell. The windshield ( in and out) was covered with chemicals that don't belong on a windshield. I had to buy glass stripper to clean the outside of the windshield and 70% alcohol to clean the inside. On parts of the car I had to use polishing compound. My point is that I should not have had to do any of this, it was your job. More
