They checked out my car and found a couple of services tthatneeded to be done. Completed the update and the service items in the estimated time. Bonnie was excellent in keeping me informed and getting me out in the estimated time. Very pleasant to work with.

Everyone was so kind and made the whole process feel way easier and less overwhelming than I expected. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I actually understood what I was signing and agreeing to instead of just rushing me through it. As a young woman buying a car, I definitely went in knowing it can be easy to get talked into things or feel like you don’t have much control over the process. I never felt that way at Courage Kia.
