From the test drive to the actual purchase of the vehicle, the sales representative (who was extremely professional and accommodating) worked to make the entire process very simple and easy. I have found the business office to be incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. Purchased my vehicle on May 2nd and am still waiting over a month later for a refund of the overcharged sales tax an incompetent and unprofessional. We went to trade in a vehicle we bought there 2 years ago, and the offer was so low balled that it made me cringe. I spoke to a "manager" and he said this is what it is, doesn't matter that you bought all those cars from us or that we xxxxx you in price. Don't do business with a company who can't stand behind it's business transactions. We are buying again, but it will never be with Carmax and I plan to post it everywhere that will let me. They are scam artists and they just don't care. I would like to say that the girl in the business office was very sweet and efficient, but it was still a terrible experience More
