They miss a lot of oblivious items. For instance the coolant level was a quart below the minimum fill line, the windshield washer tank was empty and the tire were over filed one being at 45 lbs. Carlos Pinto made my purchasing experience as seamless as possible especially since I bought a car and had to take it back the very next day because something was mechanically wrong with it. I had an excellent experience with Car Max, the car was what the y said it was and my interactions at the local location were amazing. I am a picky consumer and knew what I was looking for I found it sever what the y said it was and my interactions at the local location were amazing. I was very happy with it and was glad I spent the money to get it here. I live in a Midwest city, and everyone has a major commute you don't find low mileage cars here. I feel very good about the experience I normally buy from individuals not dealers, I was striking out looking on my own. I feel like I may have paid a little more from Car Max, but I am glad I did purchase the warranty and financed it through them as well. All staff that I came in contact with were polite and professional. However, some of the policies of the company needs attention. Example, I purchased an all wheel drive vehicle, the front tires has very professional. However, some of the policies of the company needs attention. Example, I purchased an all wheel drive vehicle, the front tires has very minimal tread life left on them. I asked for them to be replaced just like the rear tires were replaced. I was told no, because they met the company standards. These tires are the original tires from the factory. If the rear were replaced, one would think, the front tires should be replaced also. I then asked for the new tires be moved to the front and that was not done either. I finally discovered from the manufacturer that all tires on an all wheel vehicle must be replaced at the same time always. So, I’m not happy about that. I feel CarMax should take care of their customers better. Thanks More
