I was hesitant to pay $150 to have a car shipped to my closest CarMax dealert that I might like to test drive. In addition to that, in general, everybody knows if you want a car with low miles aint cheap closest CarMax dealert that I might like to test drive. In addition to that, in general, everybody knows if you want a car with low miles aint cheap. So I decided to test drive and soon decided to purchase.. So psyched the mini countryman S All4 was perfect but a bit niche. Soon after the purchase within the 10 day return policy I was able to have the car assessed at Mini Dealer which gave the car an excellent bill of health, low miles, no defects, oil changes up to date who could ask for more. Bottom line, CarMax gives you the price for quality vehicles. This was our third car from CarMax in our family and Im releived that I won't have to deal with anything major for a while. More

It took my car weeks to finally ship to a local Carmax in Danvers, MA. Then when I finally went to pick it up, they informed me there was paint damage that wasn’t there before along with a scuffed rim from b Danvers, MA. Then when I finally went to pick it up, they informed me there was paint damage that wasn’t there before along with a scuffed rim from being transported but I could still take the car and they would reach out to make an appointment at the body shop. A month went by and I didn’t hear from anyone. I reached out to a team salesman that was the only helpful one and reached out to the service dept. I waited another few days and nothing. I finally called them myself last week and left a message to schedule the repairs, and no one has called me back. It’s now been 1.5 months and still waiting. Beyond disappointed. The most frustrating car buying process I have ever experienced. More

The entire process was very easy. I found a car that fit my needs and had it shipped to Danvers. The 24 hour test drive was easy to set-up and the process was easy. I decided not to buy the vehicle until a couple weeks later. The buying process was very easy even though I financed through a different bank. I noticed the vehicle needed an alignment and they preformed that service before I picked it up. My only complaint was the vehicle was not fully cleaned on the inside. It was vacuumed, and that was about it. My 3rd vehicle purchase from CarMax. More
