He didn't try to upsell me on any other vehicle or the extended warranty which I ended up getting anyways. This approach is pretty cunning and I very much appreciate it. The car that I bought is having some issues now but I am pretty sure that CarMax will fix it as they have fixed all the other cars I have bought from them in the past at no charge. But that's kind of the beauty of CarMax compared to other dealerships so they don't give you any hassle about fixing things. More
