When I first arrived I was sent to the parking lot and told someone would be sent out to talk to me. After a half hour waiting I went in and talked to a salesman named Larry. I have brought my new used vehicle in 2 times before I've owned it a month. Bad fuel pump, a bad fuel sensor, and new antenna shark fin. I would say the pre-sale inspection was skipped. My salesman Samuel was extremely understanding and extremely helpful. At this location I also bought a car from Larry whom I saw when we were there and he even recognized me. He didn't try to upsell me on any other vehicle or the extended warranty which I ended up getting anyways. This approach is pretty cunning and I very much appreciate it. The car that I bought is having some issues now but I am pretty sure that CarMax will fix it as they have fixed all the other cars I have bought from them in the past at no charge. But that's kind of the beauty of CarMax compared to other dealerships so they don't give you any hassle about fixing things. More
