The process was a bit difficult because the car had electronic problems when I test drove it, and I had to wait a week for them to repair it b4 I'd consider a purchase. The initial start of the process was easy. However, I ended up with vehicle that had mechanical issues and frame damage. I immediately returned the vehicle. I recently purchased a Kia Telluride SX. Upon droving it, I noticed the center console was difficult to open and there was a seeies of scratches on the rear passenger door. They are just alright in my eyes have used them several times both buying and selling cars to Carmax. The shipping is a little slow at times to get your car but could just be the whole waiting game I do not like. This last car though was painted on one door to cover up some imperfections once it wore down it makes you wonder what happened that they did not tell me about???? But just like any car dealer which is expected they are all shady for the most part and again in my eyes should not be allowed. But I do have to say better than Carvana who tried to sell me a car that was acutally involved in a front end accident which was never disclosed to me at all that's shady to me. But Carmax I think is actually pretty smooth and is ran pretty well. I did take off one star for this last car that was sold to me obviously was not inspected properly. Thanks Carmax pretty sure I will be back again for my next car. More
