I flew to Philadelphia to purchase a BMW convertible. The first thing I notice was undisclosed damage to the front bumper. For the life of me I am not sure why they intentionally drag out the process. I drove the car home 8 hours and when I went to remove the front CARMAX advertising plate they installed I realized the idiots put 6 screws into the bumper to hold it on. I called them the next morning and was told they do that to all of their cars and they suggested I put it back on the front bumper. I told them there was no way in xxxx I was going to advertise for them. I had a car detailer remove their darn stickers off the truck as well. More

Showed up to a scheduled test drive to a car with a dead battery. Made a reservation 3 days ahead of time, confirmed reservation with their call center the day before, drove two hours to test drive the car battery. They claim they have to send it to the dealer to have the battery replaced and it would take around two hours. Expected us to sit there and wait for the car to come back. I finally drove to the dealership to schedule a tow/service call only to be told they were aware the calls were not getting thru. The only reason I give this dealership one star is the sales woman and service tech were polite and professional other than that the single worst consumer experience I have ever had. More
