When I said to Sean, upon meeting him, "I have had this car for 24 yrs and I have never driven a Prius"...........I was actually hoping he could HEAR that I needed help. I had to ask for help starting the car when test driving. then I had to ask how to get the car out of park, when leaving with my car. OLD PEOPLE who have OLD CARS need more orienting, is my request for others who are not at all techy like me. I love my car! thanks for your making it much easier. oh, and how about when someone brings in a Cashiers Check hrs after getting it at a big bank, you then do not need to call that bank and ask them is it was my money??? and if indeed there was adequate funds. This experience reminded me why we prefer CarMax over regular dealerships. There was NO hassle and our salesman, Eric Johnson, was very personable and patient. This is the second time we used Carmax to buy a specific used car. We foiled the same procedure for both. We located the car we wanted and had it shipped to the Oxnard store. We looked it over, road tested and we decided to buy it. From this point we talked to a very knowledgeable sales person. She started the paperwork and by that afternoon we drove away in our new car. The vehicle purchase was as easy and straight forward as it can be. My only issue is that I was sold a vehicle that wasn't 100% as described. I noticed a coolant leak about the 3rd day I had it. I called the service department and no answer, so I left a message to let them know I noticed my coolant was low and that there was possible a leak. I did not receive a call back at all. I also called their office number on Google and the rep I spoke with left them a message for them to contact me as well, still no call. I had to call their store again but this time I transferred myself to the sales team and not service. The rep I spoke with was able to get me through to service and to which I was able to finally schedule a service at almost 9 days of already having the vehicle. I work 2 jobs so I had to wait until I had an entire off day to bring my vehicle in to be serviced. Very inconvenient for me to have the car not even a month and already have to bring the vehicle in for service. Infiniti Q50 More
