The car we purchased was shipped from your Austin location. When we got the text that it was ready to test drive we showed up and the car was filthy. Now I have to pay to have it detailed as there's a smell as well. We were told by our sales rep they would order new key fob. That service would reach out. After two weeks of never hearing from someone I called. Still waiting for them to reach back out to see if key guy can come to us. So far I haven't been impressed, and will probably not purchase another vehicle with your company. More

Everything went fairly smoothly with the purchase of my vehicle. The sales associates were informative and professional. They addressed the questions & concerns that I had. The only issue was the tire pressure lights that were on when I took possession. They should have corrected this (reset the TPM). I had to go to Discount Tire twice to get it reset. They did tell me to bring the car back to check this, but DT was closer to where I lived. This was a minor issue, so I still gave 5 stars. Overall, the vehicle was in excellent condition and I love the car. More
