I have purchased my last seven cars from CarMax from the Arlington/Ft. Worth store and my experience has always been very positive! Had my car ready and was in and out under an hour. The car was spotless, very well detailed, and cleaned. Love the SUV , it’s exactly what I wanted. I did end up purchasing a vehicle but because I was worn down and needed to get off the lot. So many vehicles were on the lot but " not for sale" because of title issues. My sales person was excellent its a shame she had to keep saying no to me. 2 fobs should ALWAYS come with a vehicle. Handing me a piece of paper with a guys name and phone number was not professional. More
