The car we purchased was shipped from your Austin location. When we got the text that it was ready to test drive we showed up and the car was filthy. There were leaves in the cup holder and scuff mar location. When we got the text that it was ready to test drive we showed up and the car was filthy. There were leaves in the cup holder and scuff marks as well as stains in the trunk. After purchasing the vehicle, I only did so because that's the model my daughter wanted, it was barely wiped down. Now I have to pay to have it detailed as there's a smell as well. We were told by our sales rep they would order new key fob. That service would reach out. After two weeks of never hearing from someone I called. Still waiting for them to reach back out to see if key guy can come to us. So far I haven't been impressed, and will probably not purchase another vehicle with your company. More
