There have been problems, miscommunications, and screw ups in the process with them. Even problems with things not working on the car I bought right off the bat. After giving 13,000 down I couldn’t even get my car cleaned or detailed. I was told they were going to wash and clean it and that never happened. Crumbs in the seats and carpets dirty dash dusty. On top of that even with warranty purchase I’m having to wait over a month to get an appointment for a repair. Thank god it’s a minor repair, I’m dreading the day I need an actual large repair. The excuse I have gotten for both things is that they are short staff but no offers to clean it later or anything. Not impressed at all. If it wasn’t for loving the truck I would have returned it.
