I did end up purchasing a vehicle but because I was worn down and needed to get off the lot. So many vehicles were on the lot but " not for sale" because of title issues. My sales person was excellent its a shame she had to keep saying no to me. 2 fobs should ALWAYS come with a vehicle. I would have rated it a 5 but the vehicle check engine light came on in less than a week of buying the car. Trying to schedule service has been a nightmare. I was referred to three outside mechanic shop light came on in less than a week of buying the car. Trying to schedule service has been a nightmare. I was referred to three outside mechanic shops but was unable to get service due to Carmax system issues. Finally received a vehicle diagnosis, the manifold and gaskets need to be replaced. Still have to wait to get approval from Carmax to approve repairs. More
