This car buying experience was seamless, with little to no friction, and most importantly to me, fully transparent. While I can appreciate that CarMax may not have the lowest pricing possible, the smooth a no friction, and most importantly to me, fully transparent. While I can appreciate that CarMax may not have the lowest pricing possible, the smooth and pressure free experience of test driving and buying the car is definitely worth it. I never felt pressured, hounded, or pushed to do anything and that's much more than you can say about CarMax's competition. Will definitely be recommending to others. More

I have attempted to purchase 2 vehicles from CarMax. The 1st vehicle was returned because they couldn't repair the issues the vehicle had. My 2nd vehicle had to be returned due to mechanical issues. Tha The 1st vehicle was returned because they couldn't repair the issues the vehicle had. My 2nd vehicle had to be returned due to mechanical issues. Thankfully they were able to repair the issues within a week. Hopefully no issues will come again no time soon. Might I add when I purchased the 2nd vehicle the problem arose within 3 weeks after I purchased it. Thankfully I caught it soon enough to have the repairs done in a timely manner. The reason I came back the 2nd time was because my girlfriend had purchased vehicles with CarMax so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. More
