Purchased a KIA Feb 2025. I drove the car 7000 miles over the last 11 months. Within 11 months New brakes new rotors tire pressure sensor broke and faulty wiring in front r I drove the car 7000 miles over the last 11 months. Within 11 months New brakes new rotors tire pressure sensor broke and faulty wiring in front right headlight. I was told I declined maxcare and this was in me. Brakes should last 30k-70k miles. Rotors 60k -100k miles. Sensor should last 5-10years. AVOID THIS PLACE. YOU CAN BUY A LEMON ANYWHERE More

Well... it ended up being 3 hours :( because my salesman recorded the wrong lender on my financing/title paperwork and everything had to be redone while I waited. The express pickup woman who explained all the paperwork was incredible and she answered all my questions thoroughly. She did an incredible job! The next day one of my keyfobs was having an issue and I was told to reach out to my salesman to have it resolved. I called and emailed and texted him the issue went unresolved. I never got a reply to my multiple attempts. I still think I bought a quality car but the sales service/execution and follow-up could use some work. More

When the car was delivered to me, there was a chip on the windshield caused by a rock, and one of the A/C hardware components inside the car was broken. There was also a small area of paint missing on the ba windshield caused by a rock, and one of the A/C hardware components inside the car was broken. There was also a small area of paint missing on the back. I called the dealership the next day after discovering these issues. They kept telling me over the phone that they would replace the windshield, but they delayed it until after the 10-day return period had passed. Only then did they call me again, saying a glass vendor would contact me. Up to now, no one has reached out to me, and I have no idea how much longer this will be dragged out. More
