The sales experience wasn't bad although even though we had an appointment and were told our sales rep was available he was still tied up with another customer for most of the time. Unfortunately, the vehicle had a broken part and instead of fixing it before driving it home we let them talk us into taking the car and getting it fixed afterwards. That was a mistake as we had a very subpar experience with the service department. More

As always, my experience was 5 Star Service. I had actually missed my appointment due to the holiday. I bought my co-worker in to purchase a car, and they were able to fit me in. First time buying from CarMax and we had a great experience. We have wondered the lot in the past and once we had an idea of what we wanted, we setup an appointment to test drive. CarMax has quality cars , priced accordingly , but sometimes the relocation charges are high (>$1000). The dealer prep charges are also high , $990.
