So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

My journey with Safford Brown Subaru in Manassas started with some frustration—I drove an hour from DC for a vehicle I was told was available, only to find it wasn't there when I arrived. However, the way the team handled that initial setback is exactly why they deserve five stars. Instead of the typical "bait-and-switch" feeling, Habby (Sales) and Kayla (Manager) were incredibly professional and transparent. They worked hard to make things right, ensuring the rest of the process was smooth, low-pressure, and respectful of my time. The team truly listened to my needs and worked with impressive efficiency to locate a vehicle with my color and options preferences. They also prioritized my vehicle for a service fix to address a recent safety recall. I also appreciated their transparency regarding their 1.5% credit card fee; being able to put the entire car purchase on my AmEx for the rewards was a huge plus, and they were upfront about the cost from the start. Since I am coming from a difficult mechanical situation with my previous new car, I will be keeping a close eye on how this new hybrid in the Crosstrek line performs. The next morning, I got a call from Said Hashemi, and right away, he made the process feel effortless. He had already pulled the car out for me and even recorded a full video tour, walking me through every detail like he was right there with me. Since I live two hours away, he promised to be my eyes and ears, making sure everything was right. That level of care really stood out, and honestly, the car looked even better than I expected. That day was crazy busy for me, but Said was on top of everything—answering my questions, checking on my concerns, and keeping me updated.
