I came in with my car already picked out. And my deal already approved.. when I arrived, there was a hole in the seat that wasn't in the pictures.. i brought it to their attention. They said they would pay for an uber back, so I can pick up the car... lies.. i was given no uber or or reimbursed in any way.. and I was under the impression the vehicle had two keys.. when they came to hand me the key, I asked where the second key was, they just laughed at me, and said there was no second key... then, they promised me service coupons for all my inconveniences. Nothing was ever given.This place is nothing but lies! More

My financing experience and my online experience was great. My experience coming into the dealership picking up my car wasn’t good my car had an odor in it, and I was not made aware of that before picki great. The rep I worked with was very nice and helpful, unfortunately Carmax’s no haggle policy and high prices prevent the sales people from being able to work with customers. Their valuation for trade is unfortunately Carmax’s no haggle policy and high prices prevent the sales people from being able to work with customers. Their valuation for trade is also far lower than other dealerships and since their unwilling to workout pricing there’s no way to make up for it to complete the sale. I will never again visit a carmax when looking for a vehicle. More
