The rep I worked with was very nice and helpful, unfortunately Carmax’s no haggle policy and high prices prevent the sales people from being able to work with customers. Their valuation for trade is unfortunately Carmax’s no haggle policy and high prices prevent the sales people from being able to work with customers. Their valuation for trade is also far lower than other dealerships and since their unwilling to workout pricing there’s no way to make up for it to complete the sale. I will never again visit a carmax when looking for a vehicle. More
