Matthieu got an estimate to me in a few hours and had coordinated all the repairs such that they had all been done by early the next day. His professionalism and attention to duty had made this visit to your dealership a very pleasant experience. I had a TERRIFIC experience with Lindsay Volvo. I live in WA state, but the model I wanted was only available on the East Coast. I submitted internet inquiries to several dealerships, and Seamus at Volvo Lindsay got back to me the next morning. I was nervous it would be hard/impossible to lease across the country, but Seamus made it easy and quick. He was super straightforward and honest in his dealings, and had a contract in front of me with zero surprises that same day. Graham was terrific in helping me get signed up with VCSF and helped with paperwork plus some tips about this unusual car, and Markell their manager prepped the car for shipping on their day off since my shipper came by early. After the car arrived here, there was one tiny issue (temporary plates not included) and Graham responded to my email and fixed it on a Sunday! Outstanding job my all involved! By far the best car buying experience in my life and the most trustworthy dealers I've yet dealt with. Could not be happier with everything.

No Pressure! I was online and I saw a certified preowned Mazda CX-5 2023. I was in love and I sent over my information. Rafael called me and next thing I know I’m looking at a 2024 Mazda Cx-5 CE. I was so excited now I just had to wait and see what my rate was going to be. I called the dealership and spoke with Muhammad and was informed of the rate, at that point I knew I was going to buy a brand new car. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt no pressure and everyone was actually nice. Kamau introduced himself to me and I was blown away by his professionalism. From there I was in the finance room with Richard so friendly signing my paperwork. Now here is the crazy part. My money was held up and I couldn’t pick the car up for 3 weeks. They held my car for me when they didn’t have to. When I pick her up 2 weeks ago it’s been a wrap. I’m still in shock that I have a brand new car, I’m so overjoyed that Passport Mazda Suitland was able to work with me and my credit. My husband is going next to get him a brand new Mazda!!! Thank you Rafael for making the first call and showing a Trim I really didn’t know about.
