I also attempted to setup my new car payments and have no record of my CARMAX account number. Not in my signed documents or any "Welcome Letter" that was supposedly sent to my email. When I I asked about it the day I signed, I was told that I would have all the info I needed by the time 45 days rolled around. My fault. More
I brought my car to CarMax service because the pre-collision system warning said the system was blocked. The technician said he fixed the issue, and the appointment took about an hour. Unfortunately, after driving home for only about 20 minutes, the same warning light came back on the dashboard and it is still there. The problem was not actually fixed, which was very disappointing after spending the time bringing the car in. What makes this even more frustrating is that it takes me over an hour to drive there, and I have to take time off work for these appointments. It is very inconvenient for me to make another trip again for the same issue. I hope they will make it right this time and properly fix the problem. More
