They were patient and did not rush my decisions and also scheduled me an appointment so when I got to Fresno everything went smooth even the agents at the store were friendly. My experience at this CarMax location was far below expectations. From the beginning, the sales representative, Cheryl, created confusion throughout the contract process. Instead of providing clarity, expectations. From the beginning, the sales representative, Cheryl, created confusion throughout the contract process. Instead of providing clarity, she made the transaction more complicated than it needed to be. The situation became so unmanageable that I decided to bypass her entirely by applying for financing online and using CarMax’s expedited service. However, even after removing her from the process, Cheryl continued to interfere. She canceled appointments I scheduled through the system and disrupted the backend of my deal, which ultimately delayed the delivery of my vehicle by an entire day. Her actions appeared motivated by a desire to receive credit for a sale she did not meaningfully contribute to. What made the situation worse was management’s response. Despite my repeated requests for a different salesperson, I was told I had to finalize the purchase with Cheryl. This left me feeling unheard and unsupported as a customer. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location for future purchases. More
