Bought the car in April 2023. Went for its first oil change and my mechanic said it was low and I need to keep an eye on it. Car had a leak on both sides of the engine, which was repaired (by Sheehy because CarMax didn't have the tools to fix it). Even after the repairs, the car is still consuming oil at an alarming rate (1 quart per 700-1000 miles). The warranty that CarMax pushed onto me through Fidelity Warranty services is refusing to cover the cost and CarMax is also refusing to pay. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. I also have a meeting with a lawyer and have reached out to some local newspapers as well. More
