I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change, tire rotation, and inspections. Unfortunately, the service center failed at the most basic level. The oil filter was improperly installed, causing the engine oil to drain out completely. This left my wife stranded on the side of the road late at night and caused significant oil stains on both my driveway and a friend's property. I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. To his credit, the service advisor was professional, apologetic, and covered the remainder of my insurance tow bill. They cleaned the engine bay and performed the service again. Even after the "fix," the attention to detail was non-existent. When I picked up the vehicle for the second time, I checked the fluids and found that none had been topped off; my coolant was actually below the minimum line. This is despite the fact that a multi-point inspection was part of the original service. My experience soured when I spoke with the manager, Afton Caldwell. She was dismissive and lacked empathy, treating a major service failure as "no big deal." Despite the risk of long-term engine damage due to their negligence, she refused to offer a refund or an extended engine warranty. Offering a free future oil change is a hollow gesture when the trust has been completely broken. They did admit fault on the service receipt, which is the only reason for the second star. However, due to the poor management response and the safety risk involved, I cannot recommend this service center.
