I was honestly surprised how great my experience was. I was concerned about paying to ship a truck to me and having to front the cost with out seeing the truck first. CarMax's staff was efficient and no-nonsense and thankfully the buying process was incredibly fast. I noticed a few things wrong with the truck after owning the truck for a few days, that I had missed in the rush of buying the truck and CarMax fixed all of them without a hassle. Horrible service never will not buy from here again, I’m an out of state buyer. Paperwork was in correctly for the car registration, 2 tires had side bubbles on the walls, which had to be replaced, car had an out of state buyer. When we came in for our appointment, they were ready and quickly pulled the car that I had transported to the Boise store. I just feel as a customer when you are waiting and there are people including mangers stating around and joking with employees it’s not a good look. We waited for about 30 for someone to finish up the paperwork, was kit the same person we started with. She was very efficient with her work, was just not very customer friendly.
