I was honestly surprised how great my experience was. I was concerned about paying to ship a truck to me and having to front the cost with out seeing the truck first. I had a tight buying window as my last truck was out of commission and I need a truck quick to get to my next job. Everything went super well. CarMax's staff was efficient and no-nonsense and thankfully the buying process was incredibly fast. I noticed a few things wrong with the truck after owning the truck for a few days, that I had missed in the rush of buying the truck and CarMax fixed all of them without a hassle. I was super impressed with their Service Dept. Great experience! I would highly recommend. More
