I would rather buy a house than buy a car, but CarMax made the process much more pleasant. I am leaving on a trip on the Fist of March. I will drive to Seattle and meet with my sister. Then we fly to Miami and catch a cruise to the Panama Canal. I need my car. Please get with the repair shop and get it fixed. I have not even had it a month. I am rating this dealership low due to my time waiting for them to approve the repairs. I would not be so upset if they were actually doing the repair but they can't until you give the go ahead. More
